I get it, I've been there...

I know how hopeless and scary it can feel to live with pain and other chronic health concerns but not have any answers or solutions in sight.


I know what it's like to obsess over food and your body image but feel frustrated that nothing you do seems to change it. I'm her to tell you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.


I have learnt so much about the human body, functional medicine and healing over the last 10 years as I worked to overcome my own health challenges and  if I was able to start healing my broken body then you can too.


I am here to support you and guide you the whole way. Through our weekly 1:1 sessions we work together to investigate what the root cause of the problem could be. This is done through health history, diet and lifestyle assessments. From there we co-create an action plan that can easily fit into your busy lifestyle.


Breaking old habits and creating new ones can be hard but together we work through any challenges that may arise and find the best solution to overcome them.


My approach is based on holistic healing with a focus on education, support and action from both your side and mine. We are a TEAM.

Functional Medicine

I once read a phrase that said – If the leaves on a plant start to turn brown, do you paint the leaves green again or do you figure out what is causing the leave to turn and fix that before the whole plant dies?

This is functional medicine. An integrative, science-based healthcare approach that looks at finding the root cause of a problem and treating it at the source, not only treating the symptoms that arise from the root problem. This root cause depends on an individual’s genes, environment, & lifestyle factors.


Only treatments that address the right cause will have lasting benefits, instead of just suppressing outward symptoms (i.e. Painting the leaves green)

Functional Nutrition

Functional Nutrition emphasizes the importance of high quality foods and incorporating phytonutrient
diversity to correct imbalances in the body and move people toward their highest expression
of health.


Through Advanced nutrition assessments and a thorough Functional Medicine based health history
we are able to create a personalized, therapeutic intervention to promote optimal health and the
prevention of diet-and lifestyle-related disease.

The use of character strengths

As we travel through life, many of our thinking patterns, choices, situations, and direction we take are guided by our character strengths. They affect every aspect of our lives whether we realize it or not.

Character strength are qualities that we value in ourselves and others. They are qualities that across, time, nations and religions are valued as elements of strong and virtuous behavior. Through a science based survey, we identify your top strengths and learn how you can use them with more intent to improve the quality of your life.

Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology is the study of wellbeing and factors that contribute to making life worth living. This covers areas such as positive emotions, goal setting and accomplishment, spirituality and flow experiences. Using this scientifically-rooted approach helps clients increase well-being, enhance and apply strengths, improve performance, and achieve their goals.
