There is only 1 rule to this challenge - Have 1 smoothie a day for 10 days & watch how your body reacts. This can be for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a lighter one as a snack. Follow the recipe guide for digestive & detox benefits or create your own and share with the group. You will still be eating your regular meals but adding 1 smoothie to your day
