Unlimited You Package
It may take 21 days to form a habit but it takes 90 days for it to become a lifestyle. Anybody can make a temporary change but my goal with you is to see real lifestyle TRANSFORMATION. It is for this reason that my programs require a minimum of 3 months commitment.
Over a 3 month period we will meet weekly for a 50 min 1:1 coaching session where we take a deeper look into your health concerns and what the cause could be. We do this in various ways:

Once we get a baseline of where you are at and have discussed what your health goals are, we co-create an action plan made up of small, do-able action steps to help you get there.

Between our sessions I am available for support via email should you have questions or need assistance overcoming weekly challenges. My sessions are not strictly structured. I will always follow your lead, ensuring we focus on the areas that are most important to you but offering support and guidance along the way.
Virtual Group Coaching
Some of you may feel more comfortable in group settings. I personally love being part of a group as you have the support and accountability from your group members as well as your coach. Through this 4 month program we meet virtually in a group setting 3 times a month. You also get access to one private 1:1 session for us to work deeper into more personal issues that were not covered in group time.

You will gain access to the private Facebook group where you can connect with group members who are all on the same journey to healing that you are. It is a beautiful experience of unity and support.
​
These 60 minute sessions are broken down into 50% education and discussion, and 50% Q&A where I will coach through specific challenges you bring to the call that week. No topics are off limits during these session. If you are struggling with something, I will coach your through it.

Maintenance Package
Upon completion of a 3 month package you will have the option to extend another 3 months or purchase my maintenance package. This packages is designed to offer continued support for when you need it most. It includes a set of 4, 1:1 50 min coaching sessions to be used as & when you feel you need them, Be it once a month, once every 2 months, as a standard check in or when you know you have something challenging coming up and you need support & guidance to overcome it.
