Unlimited You Package

 

It may take 21 days to form a habit but it takes 90 days for it to become a lifestyle. Anybody can make a temporary change but my goal with you is to see real lifestyle TRANSFORMATION. It is for this reason that my programs require a minimum of 3 months commitment.

 

Over a 3 month period we will meet weekly for a 50 min 1:1 coaching session where we take a deeper look into your health concerns and what the cause could be. We do this in various ways:

  • Health History assessment

  • Assessing biomarkers & any blood work you have done

  • Taking a look and past & present diet & lifestyle factors that play a role

Once we get a baseline of where you are at and have discussed what your health goals are, we co-create an action plan made up of small, do-able action steps to help you get there.

During our time together we will cover the following:

  • Developing a healthy relationship with food

  • Mindset

  • Understanding your body systems and how they are impacted by food

  • Reading & understanding food labels

  • Grocery shopping guidance

  • Pantry makeover should you require it

  • Nutritional education & guidance

  • Meal planning

  • Supplement education & guidance

  • Creating a healthy sleep routine

  • Movement that can easily fit into your lifestyle & enjoyment

  • Stress & Anxiety management

  • Creating more joy in your life

  • Balancing life to balance the body

Between our sessions I am available for support via email should you have questions or need assistance overcoming weekly challenges. My sessions are not strictly structured. I will always follow your lead, ensuring we focus on the areas that are most important to you but offering support and guidance along the way.

Bite - Size Package

Some of you may be further along in your health journey or feel you may not need as much accountability as others. You may have an already jam packed schedule & the thought of committing to one more thing sends your head spinning. If that is the case then the Bite - Sized package is for you.

Maintenance Package

Upon completion of a 3 month package you will have the option to extend another 3 months or purchase my maintenance package. This packages is designed to offer continued support for when you need it most. It includes a set of 4, 1:1 50 min coaching sessions to be used as & when you feel you need them, Be it once a month, once every 2 months, as a standard check in or when you know you have something challenging coming up and you need support & guidance to overcome it.
